The father of a 15-year-old girl discovered a convicted felon having sex with his daughter in her bedroom at 3 a.m., Chandler police said. Officers said they tried reaching Justin Lee, 23, on his cell phone after, they said, he fled from the house. They said that when he refused to return, he was tracked by a police dog and taken into custody.
