A six-foot, 300-pound woman and a 15-year-old boy face sexual battery charges after they allegedly raped a retarded man. According to police, Ranetta Nicole Burr, 26, and the Fort Pierce teen admitted they would not let the 20-year-old man leave Burr’s bedroom after both allegedly performed sex acts on him.
